How does Samotics pricing work?

Samotics offers three regular packages to its customers:

Silver contains all the basic essentials of SAM4 for your 50 most important LV motors and rotating equipment. All packages include service from a fully dedicated customer success team.

Gold is our most chosen package with premium features of SAM4 including 150 credits and the option to monitor high voltage assets.

Platinum allows you to equip your full plant with our sensors (250 credits).

For specific arrangements or for larger contracts, we can discuss a custom Enterprise license.

We need to add new users. How will that work?

You can add colleagues as users in the platform – as long as they have an email address.

I have a complex process, how long does it take to set up SAM4?

We’ve made the installation of the SAM4 Hardware a clear, step-by-step process that – with the right preparation – can be completed in between 30-90 minutes per asset. Next to an explainer video and installation manual, our team will be there to support you through your preferred communication channel during working hours.

Do you offer discounts?

Can I switch to a different plan later?

Yes you can. You can upscale at any time, or downscale at the end of the contract period.
