Notific\u00e1mos o cliente e coloc\u00e1mos a bomba em alerta laranja, para ser acompanhada de perto pela nossa equipa de ci\u00eancia de dados. Actualiz\u00e1mos o cliente semanalmente \u00e0 medida que a intensidade continuava a aumentar gradualmente. Sete meses ap\u00f3s o nosso primeiro alerta, o ciclo de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o preventiva do cliente confirmou o desalinhamento radial e axial entre a caixa de velocidades e o motor, para al\u00e9m de blocos de acoplamento muito degradados.
