Exemplo de an\u00e1lises do painel de controlo SAM4 para duas falhas mec\u00e2nicas diferentes.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Exemplo 1: Acoplamento defeituoso<\/h2>\n<p>As altera\u00e7\u00f5es no espetro de frequ\u00eancia levaram a SAM4 a diagnosticar um acoplamento defeituoso num dos rolos da mesa de sa\u00edda. Alert\u00e1mos primeiro o cliente no ponto amarelo da figura 4. O aumento lento continuou e tr\u00eas semanas depois (ponto laranja) aconselh\u00e1mos o cliente a inspecionar o acoplamento. N\u00e3o foram encontrados sinais visuais de deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o, mas as altera\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o saud\u00e1veis persistiram e coloc\u00e1mos o rolo em alerta vermelho cerca de tr\u00eas meses ap\u00f3s o SAM4 ter assinalado pela primeira vez um aumento. O cliente decidiu n\u00e3o intervir e o acoplamento defeituoso partiu-se tr\u00eas semanas depois. A figura 5 mostra as altera\u00e7\u00f5es de intensidade na frequ\u00eancia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o do rolo ao longo do tempo. O cliente foi inicialmente alertado para uma anomalia significativa no ponto laranja da figura 5 e aconselhado a inspecionar o acoplamento. A intensidade aumentou rapidamente, resultando num alerta vermelho v\u00e1rios dias depois. O cliente deixou o ativo a funcionar at\u00e9 \u00e0 rutura do acoplamento, cerca de tr\u00eas dias ap\u00f3s o alerta vermelho. O aparecimento de aumentos regulares, mas transit\u00f3rios, do ru\u00eddo (verde) foi parte do que motivou a passagem a alerta vermelho para esta m\u00e1quina.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Exemplo 3: Acoplamento defeituoso<\/h2>\n<p>O SAM4 detectou um aumento de intensidade na frequ\u00eancia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o deste cilindro mais a segunda harm\u00f3nica, bem como um aumento do n\u00edvel de ru\u00eddo. Estas altera\u00e7\u00f5es eram consistentes com o padr\u00e3o t\u00edpico relacionado com a folga no acoplamento do eixo cardan para os outros rolos da mesa de runout deste cliente. Aconselh\u00e1mos o cliente a verificar se o acoplamento estava a ficar solto durante a pr\u00f3xima ronda de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o. O cliente informou-nos que n\u00e3o tinha visto quaisquer sinais de deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o, mas que tinha substitu\u00eddo o elemento defeituoso por precau\u00e7\u00e3o. Note-se a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da amplitude depois de o cliente ter substitu\u00eddo o elemento defeituoso.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Exemplo 4: Eixo cardan defeituoso<\/h2>\n<p>Altera\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00fabitas no valor m\u00e9dio quadr\u00e1tico (RMS) da corrente levaram o SAM4 a assinalar um potencial problema no eixo cardan deste cilindro de mesa. A an\u00e1lise espetral revelou um aumento de intensidade em v\u00e1rios harm\u00f3nicos da frequ\u00eancia de rota\u00e7\u00e3o do rolo, bem como no n\u00edvel de ru\u00eddo. A experi\u00eancia anterior com os rolos deste cliente indicava que esta era uma falha que se podia desenvolver rapidamente, pelo que coloc\u00e1mos o ativo em alerta laranja e recomend\u00e1mos que o cliente inspeccionasse o eixo cardan o mais rapidamente poss\u00edvel. Tr\u00eas dias depois, pass\u00e1mos para alerta vermelho. O cliente referiu que estava \u00e0 espera da oportunidade certa para substituir o eixo cardan. Tr\u00eas dias depois, o eixo cardan partiu-se. Aumento de magnitude na primeira inter-harm\u00f3nica (parte do ru\u00eddo m\u00ednimo).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Exemplo 5: Defeito no rolamento<\/h2>\n<p>O SAM4 mediu uma intensidade crescente na frequ\u00eancia da gaiola (frequ\u00eancia fundamental do comboio) para um dos rolamentos do motor deste rolo da mesa de rodagem. A carga no motor tamb\u00e9m aumentou gradualmente, sem altera\u00e7\u00f5es correspondentes no processo. Alert\u00e1mos o cliente para poss\u00edveis danos no rolamento (ponto laranja na figura 10). Quatro semanas mais tarde, substitu\u00edram o rolamento durante uma paragem de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o planeada. O cliente foi alertado (o ponto laranja na figura 12) e aconselhado a inspecionar o rolamento na pr\u00f3xima paragem de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o planeada. Inform\u00e1mos o cliente e pedimos-lhe que inspeccionasse o rolo. N\u00e3o foram encontrados quaisquer sinais de danos. Com o tempo, a intensidade tamb\u00e9m come\u00e7ou a aumentar nos harm\u00f3nicos \u00edmpares da frequ\u00eancia de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e a SAM4 come\u00e7ou a observar um desequil\u00edbrio de corrente maior do que nos outros motores do cliente. Estes indicadores levaram a SAM4 a diagnosticar a degrada\u00e7\u00e3o do isolamento do enrolamento do estator e a colocar o motor em alerta vermelho.
