Tras analizar los datos de funcionamiento de las bombas, SAM4 detect\u00f3 un rendimiento sub\u00f3ptimo constante en el extremo izquierdo de la curva. <a href=\"https:\/\/samotics.com\/es\/kb\/sam4-real-time-pump-curve\">curva de bombeo<\/a> para las tres bombas. Esto no s\u00f3lo supon\u00eda un derroche de energ\u00eda, sino que tambi\u00e9n aceleraba el desgaste de las bombas, lo que, de mantenerse, aumentar\u00eda la necesidad de mantenimiento y reparaciones y, en \u00faltima instancia, acortar\u00eda su vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4834\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4834\" style=\"width: 1400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4834 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/samotics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/pump-curves_1400w_rightsizing-pumps-case-e1697634039264.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1400\" height=\"606\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/samotics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/pump-curves_1400w_rightsizing-pumps-case-e1697634039264.png 1400w, https:\/\/samotics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/pump-curves_1400w_rightsizing-pumps-case-e1697634039264-300x130.png 300w, https:\/\/samotics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/pump-curves_1400w_rightsizing-pumps-case-e1697634039264-1024x443.png 1024w, https:\/\/samotics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/pump-curves_1400w_rightsizing-pumps-case-e1697634039264-768x332.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1400px) 100vw, 1400px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4834\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Las tres bombas pasaron la mayor parte del tiempo funcionando muy lejos de su punto de m\u00e1ximo rendimiento, en una zona de la curva de la bomba conocida por provocar cavitaci\u00f3n y acortar la vida \u00fatil de juntas y cojinetes (adem\u00e1s de desperdiciar una cantidad significativa de energ\u00eda).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<section id=\"io-key-0\" class=\"block block--text block--wysiwyg bg--primary bg--primary container--m gutter--m\">\n<div class=\"block__inner\">\n<div class=\"block__content\">\n<div class=\"block__text text--styled\">\n<h2><strong>Soluci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este comportamiento operativo, con cada bomba funcionando a s\u00f3lo 56% de su potencia nominal, suger\u00eda que las bombas estaban sobredimensionadas para el caudal deseado del sistema.
