Cinco soplantes de l\u00f3bulos rotativos de una planta de lodos activados de una depuradora consum\u00edan m\u00e1s de seis gigavatios de energ\u00eda al a\u00f1o, con un coste de 1,3 millones de euros. Las soplantes de una segunda ASP de la misma planta de tratamiento mostraban un comportamiento similar.<\/p>\n<p>Se instal\u00f3 SAM4 Energy en las soplantes para encontrar cualquier margen de mejora. El funcionamiento por debajo de la velocidad y el caudal nominales es menos eficiente y consume energ\u00eda innecesaria. M\u00e1s de 5% de la energ\u00eda consumida se desperdiciaba de esta forma.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"io-key-0\" class=\"block block--text block--wysiwyg bg--primary bg--primary container--m gutter--m\">\n<div class=\"block__inner\">\n<div class=\"block__content\">\n<div class=\"block__text text--styled\">\n<h2><strong>Soluci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nuestro equipo de Energ\u00eda aconsej\u00f3 al cliente que mejorara la estrategia de control existente en ambas ASP aumentando la velocidad de las soplantes que ya estaban en funcionamiento antes de encender una soplante adicional, as\u00ed como ampliando el tiempo de retardo para una soplante de asistencia adicional. Estos dos sencillos cambios reducir\u00edan instant\u00e1neamente el n\u00famero de ciclos operativos a baja velocidad.
