Avisamos al cliente y pusimos la bomba en alerta naranja, para que nuestro equipo de ciencia de datos realizara un seguimiento minucioso. Informamos al cliente semanalmente mientras la intensidad segu\u00eda aumentando gradualmente. Siete meses despu\u00e9s de nuestra primera alerta, el ciclo de mantenimiento preventivo del cliente confirm\u00f3 la desalineaci\u00f3n radial y axial entre la caja de engranajes y el motor, adem\u00e1s de bloques de acoplamiento muy degradados.
